Don Ford

Don has served as President and co-founder of Afterdark; a college evangelism ministry that impacted over 300,000 students on campuses from California to Florida. He served as President of KLIFE; a youth ministry with 25 chapters throughout the midwest and the south. He also served as a director at Kanakuk Kamps. Most recently, Don founded and serves as the President of The Refuge. The Refuge exists to coach, encourage, and support men in vocational ministry. He also launched Watershed Coaching which guides business leaders in how to make the marketplace their ministry and build excellent culture. Don’s greatest accomplishment is being married to his amazing wife, Jennifer!
